The Huron Undercover Narcotics Team (aka HUNT) is a multi-jurisdictional narcotics task force serving the counties of Alcona, Alpena, Montmorency, and Presque Isle in Northeast Michigan.  The team is comprised of officers from the Michigan State Police and local law enforcement agencies, and is dedicated to reducing the trafficking and availability of narcotics in our community, as well as the associated violent crime that often accompanies it.  The team was formed in 1990, and has since arrested hundreds of criminals, and removed over 6 million dollars worth of drugs from our streets.
